The Customer declares to have read all the information and the following General Conditions of Sale before placing an order.

General Conditions of Sale

These general conditions (the “Conditions”) govern the sale of products offered on the website www.vitolio.it by VitOlio 1955 (the “Products”).

All sales contracts stipulated between VitOlio 1955 and its Customers (the “Customers”) will be governed by these Conditions, which form an integral part of each order. The applicable Conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

1. Products – Prices and Features

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. The prices indicated on the site at the time of purchase are to be considered definitive. VitOlio 1955 reserves the right to update prices at any time, but orders already confirmed will not undergo changes.
The images of the products, in particular of the handcrafted ceramic jars, are indicative: each piece is unique, and slight differences are part of their artisanal authenticity.

2. Orders and Invoicing

Each order placed on the site constitutes a purchase proposal by the Customer. The confirmation by email from VitOlio 1955 represents the acceptance and conclusion of the contract.
The Customer is required to provide complete billing information. The invoice will be issued and sent at the same time as the shipment.

3. Execution of the Order

Orders are generally processed within 5-7 working days in Italy and 10-15 days for European destinations. In the event of temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be promptly informed to choose whether to wait for restocking or obtain a refund. In any case, VitOlio 1955 undertakes not to exceed the maximum term of 30 working days for processing.

4. Acceptance of the Order

The order confirmation, sent by email, will include all the details of the purchase. VitOlio 1955 reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of supply problems or irregularities in the order itself.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer. Shipping will take place only after confirmation of payment.

Shipping and costs (indicative):

• Italy: €5.90 – free for orders over €70

• Europe: from €10 – free for orders over €150

• UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada: from €25 – calculated based on weight

• Rest of the world: on request

VitOlio 1955 relies on reliable couriers such as GLS, SDA, DHL or equivalent. Deliveries usually take place within the terms indicated in the order confirmation, except for delays attributable to the couriers or causes of force majeure.

Upon delivery , the Customer is required to check the integrity of the packages. In the event of obvious damage, it is necessary to refuse the goods or make a written reservation on the transport document. Any reports must be sent to info@vitolio.it within 3 working days .

6. Failure to deliver / Storage

In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice. If the package is not collected within the established time, it will be returned to VitOlio 1955. The costs for a new shipment will be borne by the Customer. In case of an error in the product received, the Customer must return it within 7 days in perfect condition. VitOlio 1955 will take care of the new shipment.

7. Force Majeure

VitOlio 1955 will not be responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to force majeure (strikes, natural events, service interruptions, etc.). In such cases, processing will be suspended and, if the situation continues beyond 90 days, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer who purchases as a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 working days of delivery of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a communication via email to info@vitolio.it , indicating: order number, products to be returned and IBAN for the refund (if applicable).

The return will be accepted only if the product is intact, unused and in the original packaging. The shipping costs for the return are at the Customer's expense. Once the product has been received and its integrity has been verified, VitOlio 1955 will refund within 14 days .

⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened sealed food products , nor to personalized or made-to-order products (e.g. custom-made wedding favors).
