In the sunny heart of Puglia, among the centuries-old olive groves that draw the landscape with silver lines, VitOlio 1955 was born: a family project, passion and identity. For three generations we have dedicated ourselves with love to the production of artisanal extra virgin olive oil , carrying forward an ancient knowledge with a contemporary spirit.

Our essence: pure, sustainable, authentic EVO oil

We use only Coratina olives, one of the most prized and rich in polyphenols, hand-picked and cold-pressed within a few hours of harvesting. The result is a 100% Italian EVO oil , intense, fragrant and naturally rich in antioxidants.
We believe in an agriculture that respects nature and its rhythms, in a short and traceable supply chain, where each bottle tells a story of quality, sustainability and territory .
